Where in the World is SCDC?

We are at 1540 Elmtree Road, Columbia, SC  29209

We are east of I-77.  Take exit 9 and go 1.1 miles east on Leesburg Rd.  Turn right on Patterson Rd.  Go one block and turn left on Elmtree Road. SouthEast Community Church is on the right about halfway down the block.  SCDC is in the one story building at the back of the parking lot.
